We have now completed the first week of our Spring User Meeting Tour.  This has included sessions in Newcastle, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.  It has been a pleasure meeting with so many of our users, delivering training in our software and talking about business and how our software can help build stronger, more profitable, retail businesses.

Our job is to do more than provide software, it is to lead, prod and encourage our user community to ensure that they use their software to its fullest so that they have health and long lasting businesses.

Too often software companies remain just that, a software company - pushing technical information out one way.  We see ourselves as a business partner first and foremost and the software as an entrée on that shared mission.
