Great customer service feedback for online training

Thank you to Rowan & Michael for the great session on Magazine Management yesterday. It was my first experience at online conferencing and I found it very easy to listen and also to see what was going on. I certainly had many of my questions answered and will now need to re-look and have another go at the fine tuning process. I’m sure I’ll be in touch again when I get stuck!! It is terrific to receive customer service feedback, especially from someone using our online training facilities for the first time. To be able to deliver training to Rosemary without her having to leave her shop at Tuross Heads or us having to schedule a visit hours from the nearest capital city is a true win win.
Based on early numbers, 2009 looks like being an excellent year for our online training program. This is a free service we offer our users to help them get more from their software. We also welcome people who do not use our software, when we have the space, so they can experience the Tower Advantage first-hand.
