I hope that by being public with our advice I encourage others to make a stronger effort on compliance - we all have the same opportunity to serve newsagents on this.

Compliance to the newsagency industry standards is a journey.  It takes commitment from within each software company, through the support teams and down to use business level.  The more we all co-operate the more all newsagents benefit.
