After hours software support for retailers

We take our after hours service seriously from the front line team through to me as the ownr of the business. I list my mobile number, 0418 321 338, on our support cards, our website and in our newsletter to make myself available in the event that one of our customers is unable to reach a support person.
I figure that there is no better way to demonstrate faith in our software and commitment to our customers than to be available.
