With the growth of video / audio training for our point of sale software, we have been helping more and more customers install speakers. To make this easier, we have settled on an easy to install unit which we know works well. We’ve packaged this with some over the phone installation help and sent this offer to our customers. While not core to our business, it is core to our commitment to excellent customer service. We know that better training reduces mistakes and makes for happier users.
